Recurso de súplica.
Luego de revisar los argumentos del demandante para cuestionar la decisión de rechazo, la Sala Plena encontró total asidero a los argumentos para la inadmisión y posterior rechazo de la demanda de inconstitucionalidad, en el sentido de que el accionante planteó una problemática ajena y extraña al control abstracto de constitucionalidad, tanto en la demanda original, como en el escrito de corrección.
En consecuencia, se NEGÓ el recurso y se confirmó la providencia recurrida,
